Previously, the most commonly used software was TeamViewer, but after each remote control session, a payment reminder window would appear upon disconnection (though it can be ignored), which could affect the operation of the Marketing Robot and cause misjudgments. Therefore, we recommend another equally useful and free remote connection software called Remote Utilities.
